Marty Miller-Crispe has worked within the IT Service Management space since the early days of ITILv2. He is currently the manager of the Service Management Office at Griffith university where he is leading the Enterprise Service Management initiative. The Service Management Office is responsible for Tier 0 and Tier 1 support, administration of the ITSM toolset, and the development and promotion of best practice process adopted from frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, Lean and Agile as appropriate for the university.
